At CocoaMills, we currently ship orders only within India. All orders are dispatched from our base location in Chennai through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 24 – 72 hours after confirmation.

• Standard delivery timelines across India are approximately 4 – 7 business days.

• Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations may take 7 – 10 working days.

Please note:

• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier service and delivery location.

• We do not guarantee exact delivery dates or time slots.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and delivery location. Final shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional handling charges may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with a tracking link to monitor your shipment status.
