Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At CocoaMills, we deal in FMCG and consumable food products. Due to the nature of these products, we currently do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable in cases where the wrong or damaged product has been delivered. Once the issue is verified, our team will arrange for a replacement or suitable resolution.
